A small village around 6km north of Hadrian's Wall, Stonehaugh has a nice campsite to the east. There are no shops in the village.

Refer to website for full details.Our campsite is close to the quiet village of Stonehaugh which was designed in 1951 as a village for the Forestry Commission workers at the time when Wark forest was being planted. The site is comparatively flat and is therefore suitable for tents,caravans and motor homes.
