Mandy and Brian have been welcoming guests to Balcony House since 2002. We have king, double and twin-bedded rooms. All rooms have hospitality tray with biscuits, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer and bathrobes. We also have a guest lounge for you to relax in. Breakfast is served in our dining room, with continental, full English and vegetarian options. Free wi-fi throughout and use of the local hotel pool, jacuzzi and steam room, with a 10% discount at the Hotel tannery bar for food and drink. Kendal is a lovely market town to explore, being an easy walk to town and its restaurants.

Bridge House is the former station master's house in Kendal. A beautiful, late Georgian listed building, situated a short walk from the town centre, close to Kendal Castle and the river Kent. There are several pubs and restaurants nearby. Full English and continental breakfast, with home-made bread and preserves. Special dietry needs catered for.
