Cold Ashton is a high wold village, whose church, is well worth exploring. The oak pulpit is rare. It has needed to be restored but it contains beautifully carved 16th century panels. Next door to the rectory you will see, behind walls and tall yew trees, Cold Ashton`s Elizabethan Manor. It has high chimneys and an elaborate gateway.
Set in the picturesque English countryside, tucked away in a tranquil and peaceful setting you will discover Whiteways Bed And Breakfast. Whiteways Bed And Breakfast is a delightful family run property, located in a stunning setting, with glorious views over the scenic British landscape. It is ideally situated on the edge of The Cotswold Way.

We offer inviting and comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation in a building steeped in character and history on the outskirts of Bath. Toghill House was built in 1691 and originally used as a resting house for monks travelling between Glastonbury and Malmesbury. It was restored in 1861 as a working farm and now offers a traditional B&B service for the travellers of today exploring this charming part of the country. Visitors to Toghill can relax in rooms in the main farmhouse or barn conversion. As a guest you will be invited to enjoy visiting our working farm during your stay, to walk around, meet the animals. The village of Wick is about one mile away from Toghill House and has shops, a post office and a pub and restaurant.
