Boltby is a picturesque village about 1.5 miles off the Cleveland Way, and offers limited B&B accomodation. It is mentioned in the Domesday Book as Boltebi, and has a pretty church. There are no pubs in the village.
Willow Tree Cottage Boltby offers a choice of two large, luxurious rooms with magnificent views. The B&B room has its own balcony, kitchenette, and bathroom. The Studio has a summer house, garden, wood burning stove, fully fitted kitchen and shower room. A lift to the pub in the evening and back up the hill to the Cleveland way in the morning is available. An option of a two-night stay, with car parking whilst you walk the Cleveland Way, is available. Please ring for details. Lie in bed or in comfortable chairs and enjoy the views and relaxing surroundings. We have been listed in one German hiking book as the best place to stay on the Cleveland Way.
