 Property type: Guesthouse

We are delighted to be able to call Grosmont House 'home' and we are currently extensively renovating the entire property to breathe new life into this wonderful listed building. Our family has lived in this part of the world for over 30 years now, and we think its some of the most iconic and peaceful landscape to be found anywhere in Britain. Nestled in the picturesque village of Grosmont we are at the very heart of the North York Moors National park. From walks through the beautiful countryside to bird watching to historical sites like Castle Howard, shopping in vibrant York or picturesque Harrogate; we truly are blessed with an abundance of things to do and places to see. We pride ourselves on offering the warmest welcome to be found anywhere. We believe the small details make a big difference, and that what sets a good B+B apart from the typical chain hotels is the personal touch and attention to detail. As such, you can expect a warm welcome with tea and biscuits from your hosts, help and advice on the local area, and the knowledge that if there's anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, we will do so. We look forward to welcoming you!
