Wonderful relaxed place to stay and Angela made us so welcome and housed us and our dog in the cottage annex which was just perfect.

Great room, quiet and comfortable! Angela was so kind! Made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent and eating on 16th century table made the exoerience that much more unique. And Stanton is a gem of a village. Be sure to visit the church.

We arrived soaking wet and Angela immediately took charge of our wet clothing which was dried overnight. Very comfortable stay and nice meal at the local pub (which Angela had booked for us).
Highly recommended.

Stanton must be the village for which the term idyllic was invented. Ideal distance for an afternoon start from Chipping Campden with tea in Broadway. Food at the Mount Inn very good and large quantities. Excellent B&B - arrived dripping wet and everything dried overnight for me. comfortable room, great breakfast - lovely bacon.

Lovely B & B. Wonderful breakfast. Highly recommended. Accommodations were more than expected. Right on the Cotswold way. Good distance from Chipping Campden. We made good use of the local bus, leaving at 0907 hours each day, to experience walking in different part of the Cotswold Way to the south.

Angela was a fantastic host. The room was beautiful and very quiet. Breakfast was very good.
The B & B is on the Way. Angela booked us into the Mount Inn for dinner which was well worth the climb up the hill.
Lovely village, however the Mount Inn is the only place to eat in the village.
We would highly recommend this B & B and would stay there again.

We just returned from Stanton and Shenberrow Hill. What a lovely place and Angela was a wonderful hostess. The village by far was the best to stay in and Mount Inn was so welcoming.
We would go back in a heartbeat if we could. One of our best memories of England.

We stayed at Shenberrow Hill after our first night of walking along the Cotswold Way. What a wonderful place! Angela was very welcoming, and we loved the accomodations (washer and dryer very nice touch) and the Jack Russell Terriers! Stanton is a gem of a village.

A table was booked for us at the Mount Inn, where we enjoyed a wonderful dinner from welcoming hosts. What a great way to start our trip. Highly recommended!
Thanks Angela!

My husband and I stayed in Stanton for three nights in June this year. Stanton was our favourite of all the cotswold villages and Angela was just lovely! We arrived at the Mount pub the first night to be greeted by name and told a table was booked in case we required it! Top class accomodation and top class people. Of all the places we visited in the U.K. Stanton was a highlight!!

Stayed there in January 2005. Outstanding in every way! Be definitely go back! The Mount Inn is also excellent for food.
One word of warning ..... take a torch if you go out in the dark. There are no street lights in Stanton!!!

Everything about Shenberrow Hill was top class. The rooms were lovely, and the breakfast was excellent. Anglea was so kind and helpful, even offering to give us a lift to help with our walking plans. Very good value and the the Mount Inn offered excellent evening meals for hungry walkers. Can recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.
