Self Guided Holidays
All of our Self-guided holidays are booked on an
individual basis, so you are free to start on any day you please,
and add in any extra days as you desire. Because of this we are
unable to check availability for your required dates without a
firm booking and 100GBP deposit.
We will then request all necessary travel arrangements and
hotel accommodation.
We will not credit our account with any monies until all
arrangements have been confirmed.
To make a firm booking please complete the booking form and
submit it to us, then forward payment for a 100GBP deposit per person
and insurance premium if required, either by entering your credit/debit card details, or sending a cheque.
This is the only way to secure your booking.
Important Information
a. If you book
within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount is payable. Late
bookings received within 6 weeks of departure may be subject to
extra administrative costs. We will only confirm your holiday on
receipt of your booking form.
b. All clients
must have insurance cover, though you do not have to purchase this
from us. If you require our own insurance, the premium which covers you
against cancellation charges or loss of deposit this must be paid
with your initial booking.
c. You may pay by
credit/debit card or by cheque. There is a clearing charge of 2%
on credit card payments on final balances (no charge on deposits
or if you use a debit card). All payments must be made in pounds sterling.

them to Sherpa Expeditions, 131a Heston Road, Hounslow, Middx UK
TW5 0RF.
d. We will also at
some stage need
details of your flights if you are arriving in the UK from abroad,
or any special requirements you may
have. Please fill in all sections of the booking form enclosing
any extra details on a separate sheet of paper if necessary.
e. You will then
receive our confirmation invoice with the latest tour information.
Eight weeks prior to departure you will receive route notes, maps
and final instructions. We do not issue reminder statements. Balances should reach
us eight weeks prior to departure.
