We are looking for a dynamic couple ideally in their early forties and without family ties who combine some of the following attributes:

• Well presented, personable, good with staff and people.
• Able to work on own initiative.
• A strong interest in walking holidays and a good sense of the geography of Britain.
• A proven track record in business possibly in the hospitality industry, travel and/or sales
• Literate, Numerate, Computer literate: Email, Internet, Excel, Word.

This is not a nine to five job in fact, in season, it's a 7 day a week job. Running a guest house can be very rewarding and you meet lots of interesting people BUT it requires cooking breakfasts, cleaning, maintenance, laundering, patience and commitment.

Our tour operation has four vans moving more than 5000 bags every summer month it's hectic. It demands stringent accuracy and attention to detail.

Taking holidays in the summer is impossible!
