At the foot of the South Downs in peaceful, unspoilt countryside is little Hoyle, a comfortable family home, built in the 1960's and altered and expended by past and present owners. The house has a delightful westerly aspect with lovely views to the Downs. There is a large garden, part formal, part wild and a sun terrace outside the sitting room, which we encourage our guests to enjoy. Our tariff includes a full English breakfast, using local produce (free-range eggs, jam, honey, homemade marmalade, etc). Their guest room is ensuite, has a lobby, tea/coffee making facilities, colour television and central heating.
Location and supplementary information [view map] Little Hoyle is well situated in the heart of rural Sussex and is an ideal base for excursions.

At this peaceful and relaxed B&B people can choose the pace of the stay as you can choose to unwind in the local gardens and village or head further afield on foot into the South Downs.
Location and supplementary information [view map] We are on the south side of Midhurst (about 1 mile from the town centre) on A286 just north of the Greyhound pub. It is on the west side of the road - i.e. on the right hand side leaving Midhurst or on the left from Chichester.
