Set in this idyllic location on the banks of the River Meon in rural Hampshire, The Bucks Head is a charming 16th century inn that remains very much at the heart of village life.

The village of Meonstoke lies 8 miles north of Fareham & 10 miles east of Winchester.

Situated in the heart of the South Downs National Park, the Beech Hut is an Annexe at the bottom of the garden of our country cottage allowing complete privacy. The annex is a large open plan room with double bed, sofa, TV and eating area. There is a separate small bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is also provided. Continental Breakfast provided in the room. The accommodation is sandwiched between the Meon Valley Trail, a 15km cycle/walking path, and a quiet country road. The South Downs Way can also be accessed from the trail. Meonstoke is a pretty village between Droxford and West Meon with a post office/general store and a country pub at either end selling excellent food and local beers.
