Woodybanks is situated in picturesque Amberley, West Sussex, adjacent to the South Downs Way walk, and it comprises of 2 guest rooms: 1 twin and 1 double.
All rooms have luxury private bathroom, tea/coffee facilities, colour television, hair dryers, long mirrors, reading lamps etc.
The house has been refurbished in country pine and beautiful soft furnishings, and has full central heating, with ample off street parking. There is a guest sitting and dining room with log fire and colour television.
Summertime at "Woodybanks" brings the spectacular sunsets from May-August across the flood plains of the "Wildbrooks" visible from most rooms. Swans, geese and many interesting small birds can be observed, along with the occasional deer and sheep and cattle in the summer months. Camera and binoculars are a must when packing.
Amberley is Old England at its best with its peace, tranquillity and idyllic setting.
Evening meals are available for the local pub.
Location and supplementary information [view map] Amberley nestles nicely along the 'South Downs Way', and is one of the show villages of West Sussex, referred to often as the 'Pearl of Sussex' and an 'artist's haven'. Travel along the B2139 from Storrington or Arundel.
Lifts are availiable by arrangement to and from the station, and the footpaths + station close.
