About Lowick
Lowick is a small Northumberland village surrounded by fertile farmland, on the fringe of the Kyloe Hills. It is 5 miles inland from Holy Island and 7 miles north of Wooler. Although small, the village has a reputation for great friendliness and has two pubs, a post office and a local craft centre with its own resident artist.

The Black Bull was founded in the 17th Century, with additions being added to the property in the 19th Century. It is a friendly comfortable Inn, which enjoys a good reputation with locals and visitors for food and drink. Walkers can be collected from the Fenwick phone box, (about 5 minutes wait after calling) & return to the same point on the following morning. Alll rooms have central heating, are ensuite and have TV, radio & tea/coffee making facilities.
