About Kirk Yetholm
Borders town in the middle of nowhere, originally a market town at the behest of Edward I’s razed Earth tactics against the Scots. It just happens to be where your “struggle” ends. Most people have a pint or six at the Borders Hotel. There are also B&Bs and a bus stop for your get away.

The Border Hotel is a family run hotel. Breakfast is served from 8.00am and you can choose from a traditional full Scottish Breakfast or the popular scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. If you wish to dine with us it is advisable to book a table as we do get very busy and we would like to ensure our guests get priority for evening meals. The Chef proprietor Philip Blackburn prides himself on using the best local seasonal produce to create a varied and creative menu. The local border lamb is one of our most popular dishes with Fresh fish from Eyemouth and Tweed featuring on our specials board. Our public bar is open all day and we offer a range of bitters and lagers including the recent addition of two real ales. As well as the bar area with it's log fire, conservatory and patio we also have a large dinning room. We are offering a free pick up and return for hotel guests who stay at the hotel for a minimum of 2 nights in 2009.
