This restored watermill was once a focal point in the tiny town of Clun and you’ll see much of the old machinery still in situ. It now offers accommodation to walkers and cyclists wanting to explore the environmentally sensitive area of the Clun Valley. There’s a generous helping of history too, with hill forts and castles nearby. YHA Clun is a self-catering only hostel and has a small but fully equipped self-catering kitchen situated within the hostel with a separate self-catering kitchen for camping guests. There is also a BBQ pit which is perfect for use over summer. The village has shops where guests can buy provisions and there are three pubs and a cafe if guests fancy eating out.
