Little Birkdale is a stunning barn conversion offering dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation which is ideally located in Keld for those walking "Coast to Coast" or following the Pennine Way or Herriot Way. 2 1/2 miles from Keld. Set in spectacular Swaledale countryside, it is an ideal base for walking or touring the Yorkshire Dales, with the extra bonus of the Lake District being within easy reach. The cottage is ideally positioned for bird-watching. Little Birkdale offers two studio/flats which have a lounge with a dining area and benefits not only from central heating but also a cosy woodburning stove. There is a well equipped kitchen. Strictly no smoking. PRICE INCLUDES DINNER, BED AND BREAKFAST (phone with any dietary requirements) The water supply is from a nearby natural spring. Breakfast is provided as a plentiful ''diy'' breakfast pack. Supper also provided - a tasty prepared meal which would just need warming thro! Birkdale Farm is 300 meters from the road and is accessible only by foot or four wheel drive vehicles. Collection from Keld Lodge at 4.00 pm but please arrange in advance.

At Park House, we now have camping and Keld Bunkhouse - and have a drinks licence. We also sell breakfast baguettes, good homecooked evening meals and you can order a packed lunch the night before. The bunkhouse has central heating, and there's a communal area, with comfy sofas, TV / DVD, kitchen and dining table. One room is a double and the bunkrooms sleep 3 and 4. Simple but cosy just right when what you need is a warm, clean bed and a good shower. There's also a drying cupboard (works amazingly well) and secure bike storage. Bedding is provided, as is a towel, so no need to bring your own. £19 per bunk (double room costs £44) includes linen and towel, and a DIY style breakfast of cereals and toast, tea and coffee. Campsite has 2 free shower, a barn for sitting in to escape the usually searing heat (!), a washing machine and a clothes line. We also have 2 midge machines on site, so you can sit on our picnic benches and put your feet up! Caravans and campervans welcome. We have electric hook ups.

Pry House Farm is a working hill farm located two miles west of Keld in beautiful Upper Swaledale in the Yorkshire Dales National Park ( map ). Situated close to both the Coast to Coast walk and The Penine Way, Pry House is an ideal stopping off point for long distant walkers. Equally the stunning location and peaceful setting makes it a superb base for a holiday in the Yorkshire Dales. Single occupancy of these rooms @ £42.

At this beautifully situated Campsite in Keld. The site has toilets washbasins and a free hot shower is provided. Park Lodge has a small teashop with hot and cold drinks, light refreshments plus an off licence, basic provisions are also available. Dogs welcome on the campsite only.

Butt House is run and owned by Tony and Linda, who have been in the hospitality industry for many years. Their bed and breakfast accommodation caters for the single nights stay or longer holidays. It is situated in the village of Keld, located in the upper area of Swaledale, an ‘oasis’ for walkers, cyclists or photographers. The building has been a former farmhouse, village shop and post office in its long history. Keld has been made famous by the popular Coast to Coast walk, also the Pennine Way and Herriot Way, as well as several other long distance and local walks. Butt House has been a bed and breakfast accommodation for over twenty years. Sherpa's price includes Dinner B & B.
