These are old semi derelict mining villages. Mulgrave has a small harbour where ironore was loaded onto ships from a long cliff tunnel, then shipped to furnaces up the coast for smelting up until 1916. Port Mulgrave has accommodation at the Ship Inn. Hinderwell has a campsite.
