About Spark Bridge
Spark Bridge, the beautiful village comprising of f 17th century white washed houses and other homes spread amongst woods and farms.
In Spark Bridge there is a 17th century pub, the pub caters to locals and vistors to Spark Bridge. There is also a chapel house which was build in 1664 just half a mile from the village.
The River Crake flows through Spark Bridge and just below Spark Bridge is Coniston Water.

The village of Spark Bridge is nestled in a corner of the Crake Valley in
the South Lakes district, just off the A5092 between Ulverston and Coniston.
The Royal Oak can be found in the centre of the village just up the hill from the historic bridge from which the village gets its name. Numerous local theories exist as to the source of the name 'Spark'.
Our large beer garden extends from the rear of the pub to the River Crake that wends its way through the village on its way from Coniston Water to Morecambe Bay.
