From Penrith on the A66. Ignore the 1st entry into Keswick, go to the roundabout and take the 1st exit. Turn left into Brundholme Road. After 150m turn left up a non-tarmac road signposted Spooney Green. The house is at the end of the road. Pick-up from bus or train station can be arranged.
