About Low Row
The long straggling pair of hamlets of Low Row and Feetham is just over a mile from Surrender Bridge on the original Wainwright route over the fells and lead mines. It is on the alternative low-level route along the valley bottom which many walkers prefer to follow between Keld/Thwaite and Reeth. There are two B&Bs and two guesthouse which offer good accommodation in Low Row.
Feel free to browse around our comprehensive database of hotels along the The Coast to Coast Path, but please mention the Sherpa Van Project when you get in touch.

Treat yourself! Set in a stunning Swaledale location and built as a Gentlemanís Residence and Shooting Lodge in the 1920s in the Art Deco style, Rowleth End has always offered superb hospitality.
Rowleth End also delivers every creature comfort. Five bedrooms with top quality beds, piping hot pressure showers, spa bathrooms and drying facilities. And packed lunches too. Dogs welcome in the bar/television room (but not upstairs), and outside on the sunny terrace.
Start the evening in the licensed bar (with local wines and ales), progress to a sumptuous home-cooked evening meal in the dining room (white linen and silver) seated around a large shared table, and move on to complementary coffees in the drawing room.
Location and supplementary information[view map] Rowleth End is half way between Low Row and Gunnerside on the B6270 and directly on the Coast to Coast path and Dales Cycleway.
