Situated on the B6479 approx. 1/2 mile from the Ribblehead Viaduct and just over a mile from Gearstones, Gauber Bunk Barn & Den offers quality, comfortable accommodation to walkers needing a stop over on the Dales Way. Gauber Bunk Barn Individual bunk rooms are available for sole use from Sun-Thurs. One of our bunk rooms comprises of a double bed plus 3 singles and has en suite facilities. Downstairs there is a spacious living room with wood burner, well equipped kitchen and main bathroom. Garden with stunning views. The basic price of 18 pp pn for a single bed space includes a fitted sheet, pillow and pillowcase. Duvets and towels are available to hire for a one off charge of 5 per person. Dogs by arrangement. The Den at Gauber Situated next to Gauber Bunk Barn 'The Den' offers cosy, quirky accommodation for up to 4 people. The Den comprises of a king size bed on a mezzanine floor. Downstairs there is a cabin containing bunk beds, wet room, small kitchenette, seating area with wood burner and outdoor patio area. Prices start from 85 per night based on 2 person occupancy. Additional guests are charged at 10 per person per night. Price includes all bed linen, towels and a starter pack of logs/kindling. Sorry we do not accept dogs in The Den. A self service breakfast can be provided for an additional charge. Drying room/bike store available Cards welcome BBQ available Free Wifi 2 pubs nearby, grocery shopping service available for guests wishing to prepare their own meals.

Stunning views, doubled as a farm and hostelry until 1960. It nestles on the quiet roadside in the shadow of the stately Viaduct. A cast iron solid fuel burning stove and a warm and homely atmosphere welcome the cold, wet, weary and thirsty traveller. Under new ownership. Spend an additional night and explore the area with a qualified guide - to be arranged in advance. The Station Inn now offers the choice of double and twin ensuite rooms between 70-80. We also have a water/mud bed which is proving very popular with walkers. Please request on booking.

1 mile west of gearstanes on the B6255 near its junction with the B6479 Horton-in-Ribblesdale road, in dramatic scenery, the vast Ribblehead Viaduct, with 24 arches, and 105ft high straddles the majestic Valley built in 1872. Lifts are available @ 5 with advance notice.
