About Bellingham
Situated on the River North Tyne, “Bellinjum” makes a welcome rest spot with a couple of pubs. This nucleated greystone village is tight formed to protect it from Reivers, and the 13th Century church of St. Cuthberts has a slab stone roof because the inhabitants got tired of the Scots burning it all the time. Several B&Bs, Farm camping and the Youth Hostel.
The Heritage Centre at Bellingham is the museum for the North Tyne and Redewater area of Northumberland, England. The Centre also houses the Bellingham Tourist Information Centre. There is full access for wheelchair users, and free parking.

Our flat, sheltered camp site is the ideal location for both tents and touring caravans and we have purpose-built toilet and shower blocks on site. The campsite is open May to October, the bunkhouse is open all year round. The Bunkhouse provides cosy accommodation for up to 15 people (in 3 bedrooms) and individuals are able to hire a bed - or the entire bunkhouse subject to availability.
Lyndale B&B is a converted family home that hopes to make you feel at home and relaxed.We will be pleased to help you in anyway such as route planning and places to go. We have a Double & Twin ensuite room on the ground floor as well as a Double with a private bathroom and Single with shared bathroom in our Dormer accessed by our spiral staircase.A varied breakfast including vegetarian is served in our guests lounge looking towards the hills and North Tyne river.On your arrival Coffee and Tea are served under the Gazebo in the garden.Lyndale is near the centre of Bellingham with Three Pubs,Three Churches,a verity of shops and cafes,ATM and a petrol station/garage all within 100metres.Locally there is Hareshaw Lin waterfall walk, Heritage centre,18 hole Golf course and Fishing.
