Marion does indeed have great views - even in the tiny single room. As for the gardens: if she doesn't come to the door be sure to go around to the back and yell - she may be working in them and not hear you come! The walk from town center is down a noisy major road, but her place is quiet and safe and you're welcome to eat takeout in the parlor and make friends with her dog.
