| We were not sure of what to expect from our last night after completing probably the sunniest and totally rain free PW of all time! The Border Hotel however totally surpassed all expectations. A great drinking bar with lots of atmosphere, a free drink and certificate thrown in. Newly refurbished bedrooms which were very spacious and luxurious and excellent dining room with local produce, both for evening and breakfast. | |

| Really lovely place to stay- we stayed two nights to allow a day for recovery before travelling home. Beautiful room and so nice to have a bath to relax in! Food really good and lots of good ales! Very nice friendly atmosphere. | |
