| Our twin-bedded room was really our own flat with lounge area, kitchenette, bedroom and bath on the lower level of a nice private home. Lots of windows looked onto the garden and a lovely view. Hosts were gracious and helpful in recommending restaurants and activities. We stayed two nights and enjoyed Painswick very much. | |

| We stayed for one night. The owners were very pleasant, and the room was clean and QUIET, and nicely furnished, a home. No traffic noises. Good solid breakfast.
