| Small but beautifully packaged, Lynburn is packed full of knick knacks and character, and Lorna makes you feel very welcome. Shower room was opposite the tiny double, but both were clean and did the job nicely. Front garden is perfect to sit and read a book amongst the blooms! Breakfast was very good, a great little B&B! | |

| Lorna is a delightful, and very talented lady, being a practitioner and judge of crafts which is refected in the decor. She is an accomplished cook and her breakfast was a work of art! Superb. Eggs are from their own speciality breeds. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, we enjoyed a restful stay. Very highly recommended. 7th May 2008 | |

| Had the twin room and it is a quiet location and so got an excellent nights sleep in comfortable beds. It in not on-suite and so we had to share the bathroom (but it means you can have a bath) and there is only one other room. Our host was very friendly and gave us a nice breakfast. Village has 3 pubs all with different characters but good atmosphere and good food at the Racehorse. | |

| They do not accept one night bookings in August which does not make them very useful for the Dales Way walk. | |

| Nice place to stay, very quaint. Would reiterate other views that the room was quite small but we managed with two large bags. Lorna is very friendly and keeps the house spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely. Kings Head is good for food. | |

| Pleasant B & B but room a bit small. Would have appreciated a cup of tea on arrival. A good breakfast sent us on our way. | |

| June 2005. We arrived at this beautiful country cottage very hot and tired and were welcomed by Lorna who brought us lemonade while we sat in her lovely garden, recovering from our long walk. The bedroom was small but very pretty and absolutely immaculate. Lorna was the perfect host, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beautiful and we left feeling thoroughly refreshed. We would recommend the Kings Head for an evening meal. | |
