| Clean, tidy and welcoming B & B. Cup of tea on arrival in resident's lounge. Bed very comfortable. Hearty breakfast set me up for the walk to Burneside. Owners ensured my stay was memorable for the right reasons. | |

| Sue and John were wonderful! We found them to be very helpful and most accommodating. The rooms and the entire house are beautifully decorated, clean and bright. Sue was most knowledgable and helpful with giving us directions. We highly recommend their home. | |

| Very clean & friendly, 10 mins walk to town for evening meal, No tea making facilities in room but no problem for a cuppa to be brewed when we got back from pub. Good directions given when booking confirmed but, stupidly, I forgot to take them. Easy to find though. Stayed 29 May 2012 | |

| Not far from the path and good directions given by host. Tea and cake on arrival. Handy to go into Sedbergh for meal. Lovely bedroom and good breakfast. Highly recommended. | |
