We were well looked after at High Roans with a comfortable room, great en-suite shower facilities and good breakfast. We would definitely go back and would recommend High Roans to anyone staying in Sedburgh.

Spotlessly clean and a welcoming owner who is happy to advise on where to eat and the local area. An easy walk up Winder from the house, and not far to walk into Sedbergh. Would very happily return.
