| Graham's gorgeous B&B in Easby came to feel like our home away from home. We stayed 3 nights and loved every minute: first, our inital night in the UK to sleep off some jetlag (Graham generously collected us from Darlington station, then fed us a huge afternoon tea in his beautiful garden). Then we stayed a further 2 nights when we reached Richmond on the C2C. Serene and peaceful location with a leafy 15-20 min stroll along river to Richmond past Easby Abbey. Large comfortable room, huge bath, delicious breakfasts (incl big bowl of lovely fresh berries). Best of all was Graham's friendly and relaxed presence, plenty of laughs, and helpful advice about what to see and where to eat. Highly recommended - and huge thanks to Graham for making our time in Richmond so enjoyable and memorable. | |

| Had a wonderful night's stay at Easby cottage. Arrived after a hard days walking soaking wet. Graham our host welcomed us with tea and cake and helped us to put our clothes to dry. He also did some washing for us with no extra charge. The room was lovely and breakfast delicious. I cannot praise it enough! | |

| Couldn't agree more with the recent feedback - lovely welcome from Graham despite being soaked and muddy! Blissful beds and shower or huge bath and great breakfast. Not a detail missed | |

| This was by far the best accommodation we stayed in while walking the Coast to Coast last Summer. All of our accommodation was great but the owner here went the extra mile, was lovely when we phoned to arrange a pick up and on our arrival with very tired feet, he did all of our washing for free and welcomed us with a lovely pot of tea and toasted crumpets!! The twin room was superb, the beds were bliss and we had use of a bath. Breakfast was superb. The accommodation was in a gorgeous setting a twenty minute walk along the river from Richmond. The owner was so welcoming and lovely, taking us into Richmond for the evening and picking us up, we would reccommend this B & B to anyone!! | |

| Lovely, lovely place....one of our favorites on the Coast to Coast in September. Graham was wonderfully helpful driving us in to Richmond to meet friends for dinner then taking us in the next morning to meet friends on the trail. Breakfast was incredibly delicious with many choices of breakfast items. Easby Cottage is warm and inviting. We wish we had an opportunity to spend more than one night there. We highly recommend staying at Easby Cottage. Barb and Bill Samsoe Stevensville, Montana USA | |
