| No problems with this establishment. (The baths in the loft bedrooms are interesting!) | |

| This was some of the best accommodation experienced on our trip. A lovely welcome from a lovely lady. The room was comfortable, fresh and well decorated. The breakfast was first class. Jackie, Pam and Max the dog We stayed in June 2008 | |

| A lovely place to stay. Half way through the Pennine Way it was great to lie back in a hot bath and then sink into a soft bed - what bliss. | |

| A lovely house which is beautifully furnished and decorated. Comfortable bedrooms but mind your head if you're on the top floor! | |

| Stayed here twice - and remember it fondly. Warm welcome. Very comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Deep and relaxing bath - the second time, remembering the bath was one of the main things that kept me going on the long slog from Dufton! Only slight problem was the noise off the street in the front room. | |

| A warm welcome and an excellent room. Convenient for all the town's facilities with a good breakfast. A very professionally run B&B, but good value too. | |

| This was one of the best of the lot. I received a great welcome with tea and cakes. The room was lovely, and all facilities are very close. The breakfast was one of the best the whole way as was the packed lunch. | |
