June 2005. This was a superb accommodation. We arrived very wet and tired and were welcomed by Jim with a pot of hot coffee and home made cakes. Our room was beautiful, as nice as any top hotel room, beautifully furnished and decorated. Jim took us into Sedbergh where we enjoyed Dinner at the Dalesman and he collected us later. We would certainly recommend this accommodation.
