This was voted by us during our Coast to Coast walk as the best b&b we stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble, washing, breakfast at 7.30 or even earlier if required. Great breakfast, big room, terrific hospitality. this place is just the best

This b&b takes some beating a must stay in Richmond. Lovely hosts fantastic room well worth it's 5 star rating. And a hot tub what a treat with a long walk the next day. Good breakfast. Must stay.

Delightful place and delightful and friendly owners. We had a great stay and recommend the place to anyone who wants a great experience. The best b&b of the whole coast to coast.

This was the best B&B we stayed at on the route and no more expensive than a lot of others. We stayed twice, first on the walk in the room with a balcony and then after getting the Sherpa van back from RHB stayed in the room with massive bathroom and roll top bath. Hot tub very welcome, and breakfasts very good - try the porridge with cream and strawberries!

Fantastic house, very well presented, rooms were more like a five star hotel, we had a huge bathroom with a roll top bath in the middle!.
You must try the hot tub after a day walking.
Breakfast excellent and a bit different, very substantial packed lunch.
Owners were very friendly, we will be going back.
The best on the route.
